Goode Wraps is creating a new business opportunity. Qualified participants will be allowed to set up their own store front for the sale of Goode Wraps and associated products. These participants will be considered resellers and work independently from Goode Wraps.
The concept will work similar to the successful multilevel marketing developed by Amway and NuSkin. The difference will be using the Internet as the order entry system and Goode Wraps will process all of the orders.
The commission structure will be for the reseller to receive 15% commission on any sales made from its store front. On any sales made by those recruited in the reseller's four level matrix, the sales commission will be 2 ˝ %.

Maintaining the Site- Your site will be an exact duplicate of our Goode Wraps site. We will have complete control over the pricing and the content. Items will be added at our discretion.
Name of the Site- You will develop your own domain name for your store. We will put your action words in a meta statement for your site.
Commissions For Sales From Your Site- You will be paid 15% of the retail price of any items sold through your store less prior commissions paid on items returned.
Commissions from Multilevel or Net Work Sales- You will be paid 2 ˝ % of any sales made by resellers in your levels or legs. The levels go four deep. If you sign up someone for a store front they are your first level. Anyone in your first level that signs up another they become your second level, seconds sign thirds, thirds sign fourths. There are no limits to the number of resellers in your four levels. An extreme example would be if you sign ten, they each sign ten and so forth, and each site sold one knee wrap, your commission would be more than $11,000.00.

Internet Address- We will assist you to obtain a domain web site address such as <http://www.frank.jones.com/(the domain name is your selection). You can put the site anywhere but we prefer you use our location in Reno.
Advertising- This will be your responsibility. This can be done by registering your site on search engines, putting banners or "click throughs" on other Internet sites, putting your Internet address on business cards, advertising your site in publications using your Internet address, etc. We will maintain control over what is said in your advertising because of FDA rules. These rules pertain mainly to noting cure for diseases. An example would be "Goode Wraps cure cancer". We will not allow "spamming" through email or on bulletin boards.
Personal Sales- You will be supplied with a form for taking orders from customers that are not on the Internet. These orders can then be entered into your store. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Shipping and Handling- All of the credit verification, shipping and handling will be done by Goode Wraps. We generally ship on the day of the order.
Commission Settlements- All settlements will be made by check by the 15th of the month following the end of a month.
New Products- We have new products in testing and on file with the FDA for approval. These products will be added to your store as soon as we receive approval.
Information- We intend to build an online secure data base. This will allow you to check on your store’s activity and the activity of the resellers in your levels. In the short run this will be done manually and you will be supplied with monthly reports.
Setup Fee and Annual Rent- We will charge a setup fee for the cost of building and maintaining the web site. This will be $200.00. After six months, the site will be charged a monthly rental fee of $20.00 or an annual fee of $200.00.
